Towels Mihra, designed with a simple yet effective approach to aesthetics, transform the comfort of 100% organic cotton into an elegant form. The border design characteristic of the collection is made of specially processed, slightly creased cotton fabric. This original surface movement gives the towel a distinct but subdued character.

Returns policy

Pursuant to European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you came into possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at: info@wivanco.pl. In the message, please provide data that will enable us to identify the order (e.g. name and surname, e-mail address used when purchasing, order number).

We do not require a receipt or paper proof of purchase - just data identifying the customer and the order.

Return conditions:

After accepting the return, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to send the parcel back.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.
