Mercerization smooths the cotton fibers, strengthens the fabric structure, and gives it a subtle, elegant sheen. As a result, the material retains its softness, rich color, and refined appearance for longer.

The high color fastness helps prevent two different colors used within the same set from bleeding into one another when washed and cared for correctly.

Each piece is cut in accordance with the natural grain of the fabric. This method requires more material and results in greater production waste, but it helps the bedding retain its proper shape, proportions, and elegant appearance for many years.

Each set is finished with a durable metal YKK zipper, providing convenient use and reliable fastening over time.

With proper care and use, the colors can retain their brilliance for up to 5 years.

Made to order in Poland using premium Turkish cotton satin. Each set is carefully crafted to provide a smooth feel, an elegant appearance, and long-lasting comfort.

Product Care

To preserve the softness, color and refined appearance of your bedding for years to come, we recommend washing it before first use.

Turn the bedding inside out, close all zippers and wash at a maximum of 40°C using a gentle spin cycle of 300–600 rpm. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and strong detergents.

Air dry whenever possible, or use a tumble dryer on a low-temperature delicate setting. If needed, iron at a maximum of 150°C while the fabric is still slightly damp.

Please do not be concerned: a natural shrinkage of approximately 2–4% may occur during the first washes, which is completely normal for 100% natural cotton. This is carefully taken into account during production, and each piece is made with approximately 5% additional fabric allowance to help maintain its intended final dimensions.

Returns and complaints policy

Right to withdraw from the contract (under EU law)

In accordance with applicable European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party indicated by you came into possession of the ordered goods.

We do not require a receipt or paper proof of purchase, only data allowing for clear identification of the customer and the order.

Return form (required)

In order to streamline the return process and avoid misunderstandings completing the return form is mandatory.

Returns without a properly completed return form attached will not be considered.

The return form should include:

Return conditions

  The product must not show any traces of use.

  Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return your parcel.
  

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Parcels returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refund

The payment will be refunded no later than within 14 days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Funds will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Exceptions - non-returnable products

Returns are not subject to:

  products made to order, personalized or produced according to individual customer specifications (including bedding sets and towels prepared according to individual customer orders),

  products that are not suitable for re-sale for hygiene reasons if they have been unpacked or used after delivery (in particular bedding and towels),

The quickest way to obtain a different product is to return your purchase and then place a new order once your return has been accepted.
