Returns and Complaints Policy

Right of Withdrawal (in accordance with EU law)

In accordance with applicable European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the ordered goods.

Please include information allowing us to identify your order (e.g. full name, e-mail address used for the purchase, order number).

A receipt or paper proof of purchase is not required – data enabling clear identification of the customer and the order is sufficient.


Return Form (Required)

To streamline the return process and avoid misunderstandings, completion of the return form is mandatory.

Returns submitted without a correctly completed return form will not be processed.

The return form can be downloaded here. Completion of the form is mandatory.

The return form should include:

  • customer’s full name,

  • e-mail address used when placing the order,

  • order number,

  • name of the returned product,

  • reason for return (optional).

The completed form must be included in the return shipment or sent by e-mail to:

Return Conditions

  • The product must show no signs of use.

  • The product must be complete, with original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

  • After your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send the package back.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipments returned without prior contact may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions – Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for:

  • products made to order, personalized, or manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications
    (including bedding sets and towels prepared on individual customer request),

  • products which, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for resale if they have been unsealed or used after delivery
    (in particular bedding and towels),

  • gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the purchased item and place a new order after the return has been accepted.
